Puprle Mango co - strategic communication campaign
April 2026 | COMM4608 Strategic Communication Capstone
Objective/Problem: Purple Mango Co was seeking help defining a scalable messaging system that would allow them to move away from referrals only. With a small team and limited budget, they need a focused, high-impact strategy that attracts higher-value customers while maintaining brand clarity and measurable performance.
My Role: I did the stakeholder & competitive analysis (pg 4-5), conducted the small business interview and content analysis (pg 6-7), developed the tagline & messaging strategy (pg 10-14), designed the Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook post mockups, created the Gantt Chart, justified and outlined the Jasper AI program implementation, detailed all task charts, and created all 3 budget tables.

Objective/Problem: Analyze the current brand, develop and evaluate two brand growth opportunities with research, and provide strategic recommendations.
My Role: I did the shopping behaviors (slide 6), key competitors (slide 9), BGO #2 (slides 42-49), and the industry landscape (slides 69-75).

Hoosky - advertising campaign
December 2025 | MKTG4504 Advertising & Brand Promotion
Objective/Problem: Develop 6 creative executions using varying media vehicles to help Hoosky, a student-run Northeastern merch brand, expand its reach to off-campus upperclassmen students.
My Role: I conducted 10 interviews to identify the key insight that drove our campaign. I also created the media vehicle map (slide 11), design the creative for print transit media (slide 32), created the LinkedIn media vehicle (slide 36-42), creatives for Customer Participation (slide 52-56), designed and wrote the tonality, proposition, and support sections of the Communications Brief (slide 70), and did all of the Figma mockups (including a website redesign on slide 63).

DELVAUX - DIGITAL MARKETING STRATEGY
Objective/Problem: Our group of 5 was tasked with creating a digital marketing strategy for Delvaux, the Belgian luxury leather house. We started with competitive analysis to see which KPIs Delvaux was underperforming in, which drove our strategic recommendations.
My Role: I did the Planning, Budget, and KPIs section, excluding the Gantt Chart (slides 21-23, 26), the Editorial section (slides 27-32), paid search term research (slide 40), social media research (slide 41-42), and influencer campaign planning (slide 43-44, 47-49).
Testimonials/Feedback: The professor said my content calendar was the strongest he has ever seen in these projects, which I was very proud of. Creating the content calendar was one of the most time-consuming, but rewarding parts of the project. I really enjoyed the process of making mockups, aligning channels, and planning the campaign journey.
Fun Fact: I completed this project while studying luxury marketing and merchandising in Paris with a French professor!

Natixis investment managers - macro insights report

Objective/Problem: Every year, the Center for Investor Insights at Natixis surveys individuals who run investment platforms and manage client assets to get market insights.
My Role: I supported this from question development to report publishing. My main role was evaluating headers with SEO, confirming numerical accuracy, coordinating the design & release of the report, and gaining compliance approval.

Natixis investment managers - INSTAGRAM CONTENT
January - June, 2025 | Strategic Marketing Co-Op @ NIM
Objective/Problem: The Natixis Instagram page focuses on sharing company culture content to audiences like volunteer opportunities, company events, and more.
My Role: I worked with the Social Media Marketing Co-op & the Senior Social Media Manager to create engaging & informational Instagram posts. Specifically, I helped select the images & order in which they appeared in the carousel. Whenever we selected the first image, I always made sure to fit it into the current Instagram grid to ensure it fit with the company page. I also helped write the captions for the posts, where I made sure the writing was consistent with previous posts to not cause any audience confusion.
TINDER - IMC Campaign evaluatioN
Objective/Problem: Find a recent campaign you feel exemplifies what a truly integrated advertisement looks like.
My Role: I suggested exploring Tinder to my group because whenever I am out or traveling, I take pictures of ads that really catch my eye, and this was one I saw in London. I analyzed the YouTube and OOH-Transit placements (slides 6-12) to evaluate how creative execution, audience targeting, and placement strategy differed by channel while maintaining consistency.
Skills: Media channel analysis, audience alignment, and cross-channel integration.

Fancy Feast - rebrand
Objective/Problem: Develop an integrated advertising campaign for an existing brand that is in need of a rebranding campaign. Apply knowledge of advertising practices, strategic planning, creativity, and media planning to create a cohesive campaign that effectively reaches the target audience.
My Role: I did the competitive analysis (slides 9-10), target market research (slide 12), creative concepts (slides 21-25), print ad (slide 35), and point-of-purchase display (slide 36).

GALITOURS - MARKETING RESEARCH
Objective/Problem: Galitours, a Boston walking tour company, was looking to do an informed expansion of its target market and service offerings, but did not have insights to drive decisions.
Execution: Created a Qualtrics survey with 34 questions and used SPSS to draw insights from 212 respondents.
My Role: Owned RP6, which involved a cluster analysis to create 4 segments to construct tour packages. I also ran the analysis for the demographics section and provided SPSS support for the rest of my team.

Husky ambassadors - blogposts & Tiktoks
Objective/Problem: Create a variety of promotional materials that apply to Husky Ambassador members, Northeastern students, and/or prospective students.
My Role: I created and ideated content for TikTok and Instagram to promote Northeastern and Husky Ambassadors to prospective students and families. I also authored two blog posts on campus student life. Lastly, I recorded, moderated, and edited a 20-minute podcast with a group of students talking about the Honors Program.

Fresh by Downy - marketing plan
Objective/Problem: Develop a marketing plan for a new product, including market analysis, consumer demand validation, and go-to-market strategy development.
My Role: Competitive Analysis (pg 7-8), Distribution Delivery Channels (pg 13-14), Communication Section (pg 14-16), and designed the Exhibits (all but 3 and 8). I also built first-year sales forecasts, marketing budgets, and break-even analyses.
