I had the original idea for the event and spearheaded the planning. I was able to source authentic labubus and negotiated a discounted rate, which was very difficult given the popularity of labubus at the time. Additionally, I planned the event setup, coordinated with the event tech staff, organized the raffle and competition-based opportunities to win, created all marketing materials, selected all items to be purchased (including matcha lattes & dubai chocolate), and handled all talent outreach and coordination.
