Event OVerview
Husky Pawrty is an annual outdoor carnival hosted by the Resident Student Association. It takes place during the last week of classes, giving students the opportunity to enjoy the spring weather in Boston and take a break from studying for finals. There are inflatables, a rock climbing wall, pizza, ice cream sandwiches, lawn games, a DJ, and other activity tables.
I came up with the idea for this event back in 2023 and made it a new annual tradition for the Resident Student Association. I picked out all the inflatables, worked with offices at Northeastern & the City of Boston for permitting, coordinated the food order, and recruited additional groups to table with activities like scrapbook making, a stress relief table, and trivia.
